Kooth - Kooth is an online mental wellbeing community. Access free, safe and anonymous support. It is a free, safe and anonymous space for young people to find support and counselling.
Childline - Childline is a counselling service for children and young people where you can get help and advice about a wide range of issues. You can call them on 0800 1111, talk to a counsellor online, send Childline an email or post on the message boards.
Mind - Mind is a mental health charity. They give practical tips on looking after your mental well-being.
Anna Freud - The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families has a range of resources for young people.
Mental Health UK - This has resources to help deal with uncertainty and using time well.
Young Scot - Young Scot has advice on getting a good night’s sleep.
Bitesize - BBC Bitesize has a range of pages to help support people.
